Backstory: He grew up in a secluded town near the foot of the Frostback Mountains, this village consisted of roughly 200 people. One day, a boy from a rich and influential family came across Galetaer. This boy persuaded Galetaer - and a group of teenagers similar in age - to help slay a dragonling they found in a nearby cave. Long story short: They killed the dragonling, rejoiced, later that night the mother dragon came and set their village alight and as Galetaer tried to escape he lifted his left arm to shield himself from dragon fire (Hence the scarring). He managed to escape as the sole survivor of his village and took refuge as a healer in Denerim. [Edit as needed]
Key Items (Modify as needed) - [Fine] Black Cloak A black cloak with a dragon stitched in silver in the back. He only wears this on special occasions, otherwise he wears his plain grey cloak. Black Cloth Strip - Used as a face mask when a disguise is needed, or protection from smoke/fume inhalation is needed. [Iron] Letter Seal - A letter seal with the same dragon symbol as his cloak, he occasionally uses it to seal important letters. Whitewood Staff [+1 Spirit Magic] - His trusty "Walking stick". Whitewood Bow - His primary means of defense, usually stocked with steel-tipped arrows in a fancy hard-leather quiver. Concealed Silverite Dagger - A dagger well-hidden on Galetaer's person, hidden in a pocket sewn into his clothing. Healing Kit - Usually fully stocked.
Severe Error: I listed Strength as 0 and Communication as 1, switch those around. I wasn't looking at my character sheet at the time, sorry about that. Also, I think the Bow focus goes under perception because bows do damage based on perception.

Well, here's the run down for every item I listed. I looted the silverite dagger and bow out of some spider's nests south of South Reach. I had arrows, and quiver crafted and Denerim. I received the Whitewood staff from the person who taught me healing, as I had to leave Denerim due to an unfortunate incident and could no longer continue healing there. I had the fine black cloak made in South Reach, and I had to get the silver stitching done in Lothering. I took odd jobs wherever I could.
- Also, my character has always had a fondness for using swords and sword fighting, and has always wanted to know how to fight with swords. However, he could never find a suitable teacher nor the money to pay such a teacher

Pelios is a great archer, known across the free marches. He is also a great swordsman.
He has a magic bow that lets him aim as a free action, and adds a +1 to damage.
He has entered the Grand Tourney with his band of companions (3 of em) known as the "Darkhearts", them being a mixture of rogues and warriors.
He will either fight alone, or with them. To him it does not matter, for he is in it for the thrill of the fight, and will not kill unless required. He will also back down if he knows his defeat is inevitable.
A nice, kindhearted man, he will approach the party outside of the tourney and congratulate them (if they beat him) and will buy them a round of drinks and swap adventure stories. He may request to join the party in their travels, as he is an accomplished bard, and wants to see the world.
Appearance: Pelios always tries to wear elegant clothing while out of the arena, but during travel and in the arena he wears totally different clothing. He is clad a leather duster and layered leather armor (his heavy leather) underneath the duster. Black pants, cowboy boots (or closets thing to them in the DA world). He ties his shoulder length hair back into a pony tail, and wraps a black and white striped head band around his head. He has a full beard, cleanly trimmed. Brown hair, brown eyes, about 6 ft tall, 175 lbs. Did I mention, he is quite handsome and is popular with all the ladies (and some fellas).
